Canadian Residents

European Union Residents

For residents of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Due to new EU legislation surrounding GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation), we will discontinue shipping to the EU as of December 5th.

What is GPSR?
GPSR is a new European Union law going into effect on December 13th, 2024. The law requires additional measures taken by businesses to ensure all products sold to consumers in the EU are safe.

Why can’t Dragons and Beasties conform to the new regulation?
The new law requires a lot of work on our side, and we need to evaluate what it truly means for our business. GPSR will require monetary and time commitments we simply can’t absorb as a small business currently. From hiring an EU representative to help manage compliance to repackaging items with additional safety messaging, there is a lot for us to review and consider at this time.

What does this mean for EU residents?
Shipping to the EU countries listed above is no longer available. While we do hope to resume shipments to these areas again, for now, we just don’t know when that might be. We do apologize for the inconvenience this causes. We sincerely appreciate all the support shown to us over the years by our EU customers.
