Please note:  We do not accept any commissions, no exceptions. All artwork on this website and on our products or packaging is the property of Dragons and Beasties and cannot be resold or re-purposed under any circumstances.


What is the difference between a sculpture and a collectible figure?

A sculpture is one of the original, hand crafted, often one-of-a kind characters. Our vinyl collectible figures are molded directly from the original sculpt in order to be able to offer you all a chance to own one of these collectible cuties.

Products in the shop are a direct purchase for a listed price. Sculptures on eBay are sold to the highest bidder. Keep in mind that through the bidding process, the price can increase substantially. 


How often do you sell the original sculptures?

Sculpture sales occur when Becca makes a couple of new handmade sculptures, and are announced in the newsletter, as well as on Facebook and Instagram. Be sure to sign up for the newsletter to receive all the important sale alerts! 

Most handmade sculptures will be sold on eBay. Stay updated on sales and current projects by following on social media (Instagram and Facebook) or by signing up for the newsletter on the home page. Click here for the official Dragons and Beasties page on eBay. 


How can I purchase one of the original sculptures?

When a new sale is announced, the sculptures will go up on eBay and run for 3 days. Some of these sculptures can go for over $300. We understand that not everybody can afford one, but these are more time intensive, rare and unique. We do offer many vinyl figures molded from original sculptures that are affordable.

On occasion, there may be smaller handmade sculptures for sale on the Dragons and Beasties website.  These sales would be announced ahead of time, just like eBay sales.


What payments do you accept?

We accept the following payment options: AMEX, Apple Pay, Diner's Club, Discover, Google Pay, JCB, Mastercard, PayPal, Sezzle, Shopify Pay, and Visa.


Sales Tax

We do charge sales tax at checkout for items shipped to the following states:  California, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Rates charged will vary based on the state tax laws for your area.


How long will it take to get my order? 

Most items ship First Class Mail, or Priority for larger/pricier items. Most products are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving an order. Items marked with a Print on Demand tag in the product description are created at the time of the order and can take anywhere between 3 and 16 business days to create before the item is shipped to you. Print on Demand products are shipped separately.  Print on Demand items are limited to US only.  If you would like these items shipped internationally, please review our policy/instructions for this here:


Products are typically sent with tracking information, and care is taken to ensure it leaves us going to the correct address, matching what is entered on the order. Once the package leaves our hands and is scanned by the USPS, we have no control of what happens after that.  Please contact USPS for updates on tracking late, lost, or stolen packages. We are not responsible for late, or stolen packages.


My tracking information says it was delivered but I didn't get my package?

While stolen packages are very frustrating, we have no way to verify whether it was delivered or stolen and as such, once the package says it is delivered, we are no longer responsible. Please contact your local post office for help.


Do you ship worldwide?

Worldwide shipping is available, but could be delayed due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  We hope our customers do not experience too harsh of delays, but please be aware this is something we cannot control.  Please be patient with us if your order appears to be taking awhile.  There are a few areas the postal service still has restricted, and will not deliver to.  Please review the following link to see updates on those areas:

We are happy to offer worldwide shipping for all sculptures and the majority of Gift Shop items. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Sculptures ship USPS First-Class or Priority, but no delivery confirmation is available for these rates. Also, please note that international shipments cannot be marked as a "gift.” This is illegal. All customs forms must be completed accurately and appropriately. 

Buyer will be responsible for taxes, duties, and any additional customs fees for their own country. If you choose not to accept your package due to a customs fee, we will happily refund the order amount MINUS shipping costs.  We do not have control over how customs will handle an order/item and apologize for unseen added costs to the buyer.

Please note: International shipping can be quite costly. This price is out of our control and is what it realistically costs us to ship items worldwide. It can take up to 6 weeks for an international package to arrive and packages can be held up for many reasons. You can contact your local postal office for help finding more info on your package.

Some of our items are only available in the US due to incredibly high shipping and vendor costs.

What if my item arrives damaged? 

All original sculptures are the highest quality, made with a strong polymer clay. Though it is a durable medium, it can break if mishandled. These items are fragile and should be handled accordingly. However, if your item arrives damaged, please send photos of the damage to

For all vinyl figures, we do not guarantee against shelf wear or minor damage to packaging during shipping. Also some figures show minor paint and packaging imperfections. We do not consider these as defects, so they cannot be returned due to these imperfections. However, if your figure is missing pieces or has a major defect, please send us pictures and your order number to


Can I cancel my order?

The short answer is NO. We urge you to make certain that you have everything in your cart and triple check that your address is correct before placing your order.  The orders are processed very quickly and cannot be stopped once they are in processing at the warehouse, which means we are unable to cancel your order or alter it in any way once you place it.

If you absolutely must return your order, you'll need to wait until you get it. Once you receive your order, email us at and we will assist you in returning and refunding your order. Please note that your order will be subject to a $5 restocking fee, and the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Only valid items can be returned (see Return Policy below).


What are Print On Demand Items?

Print on demand items are created at the time of the order and shipped out separately depending on the specific item. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged/severely misprinted, email with descriptive pictures showing the problem and we will issue a re-print of the correct item. We cannot restock and resell these items so they are not eligible for refunds or returns.

*Any issues with print on demand items must be reported to us within 30 days of item delivery.  After 30 days, we will no longer be able to help address concerns with any product damage and/or incorrect items received.


Return Policy 

Please read the complete description of an item before purchasing and please double check that your shopping cart is correct before completing checkout.

Upon receiving your order, if you are missing an item or receive an incorrect, damaged, or misprinted item, please email with a picture of any damaged or misprinted items and we will assist you in getting those items replaced.

Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot refund or exchange the following items: 

  • Print on Demand/Custom/personalized items such as, but not limited to:
    • Phone Cases
    • Clothing
    • Notebooks
    • Mouse Pads/Desk Mats
    • Mugs
    • Keepsake Boxes
    • Tote Bags/Pouches
    • Blankets
    • Pillows
    • Wall/Canvas Prints
  • Item(s) no longer wanted 
  • Digital downloads
  • Duplicate blind box items
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Sale/Price Match Refunds

We have sales from time to time and while it is a bummer to buy something and find out later that it is on sale, our order system doesn't allow us give partial refunds. So we cannot give partial refunds for items purchased before a sale. You can sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media to be alerted when we have upcoming sales.


Discount/Coupon Policy

Our system can only accept one discount code per order.  (Example: If you use our free/discounted shipping code, you will not be able to use a percentage off your order discount as well).
