Emberglow Explorer's Club FAQ
What is included in the monthly subscription?
Includes one monthly printed postcard, measuring 5x7 inches. Both sides will feature fully colored and illustrated artwork by Becca. Back side will include a story, told from Kit's viewpoint of their most recent adventure.
Each postcard will also be available as a digital coloring page for subscription members.
How much will the monthly subscription cost?
$15 USD per month
Will these be available Internationally?
Yes! We can ship to most countries, even countries we aren't able to ship goods to due to GPSR regulations.
How much will the subscription shipping cost?
These postcards will ship for FREE for both Domestic US and International club subscription members.
How long do I have to sign up each month?
The sign up window for each postcard will be the entire calendar month. Your subsequent billing dates will be the calendar day when you first signed up.
How will the postcards be shipped?
Postcards will be shipped in an envelope to offer added protection and sent via regular mail with no tracking.
After I sign up, when will I get my first postcard?
Postcards will be mailed the following month after being charged (example: if you sign up anytime in March, your 'March' postcard will be mailed in early April).
After we know how many postcards to print each month, we expect it will take a little over a week to produce and ship all postcards.
If I start late, how can I catch up on the story?
Explorer's Club members will have the ability to purchase past postcards in digital form.
Do I need to sign up again each month?
Nope! Whenever you start your subscription, you'll be charged each month on calendar day that you purchased your first subscription.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you will receive any postcards that you have paid for. You will not be billed on your next billing date and you will not receive any additional postcards.
You can re-subscribe at any time to continue receiving postcards.
What happens if my postcard arrives damaged?
If your postcard arrives in a completely destroyed state, please reach out to us and we will replace that for you at no additional cost.
Some minor damage is unavoidable and we will not be replacing postcards with slightly bent/damaged corners.
