Rare Item Purchasing Tips

Handmade sculptures and our other rare short run items like Pollen Puffs can be difficult to acquire. The demand will always out-weigh the supply no matter how many we are able to make.

Here are some tips for purchasing our rare items.

• Join our Discord! It's the best way to stay up to date on all things Dragons and Beasties and we often host bonus Chance to Buys for our Discord Community.
  
• Sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Social Media. Keep in mind that this method of communication can be less immediate due to the nature of algorithms and email sending times.
  
• Create and log into your account on our website. This ensures that you don't have to enter your information at checkout.
• In addition, you can add a regular item to your cart and start (but don't finish) the checkout process to make sure details like your shipping address are current.
• Arrive before the sale starts. We often have a countdown on our website with links directing you to our sale page. Most Rare and Handmade sales take place here. Bookmark this page for future use.
• Certain payment methods are faster than others. The fastest method for checking out is using Shop or the Shop App. The slowest is PayPal. While we do accept PayPal, that payment method adds extra steps and pop-ups that can take valuable time to complete. Some of these sell out in less than 30 seconds so every second counts.

We realize that it feels terrible to have the item in your cart and go to checkout only to see that the item is no longer available. We will continue to look for a satisfactory solution to this issue.
