Zen and Harmony Kickstarter FAQs
With our Zen and Harmony Kickstarter launching tomorrow, we wanted to answer some common questions we've received.
When and where can I get the plushies?
Zen and Harmony deluxe plushies will be available on Kickstarter from June 4th @ 10 am MDT through June 25th @ 2 pm MDT.
How is this Zen plushie any different from the original?
We realize many of you might already have Zen from our first production run. This plushie is quite similar, but made by a new manufacturer, so there are a few minor differences.
- There are slight color variances, with the grey body color being just a bit lighter on the new plushie, along with some of the color tones of the feathers shifting ever so slightly. Overall, these color differences are quite minimal.
- We are still working on finalizing the wings, but plan to improve on the stitching with adding embroidered wing lines for added durability and an even more deluxe look.
- We removed the small triangle shaped piece by Zen's upper leg/haunch area. This was not an integral part of the design and we felt this provides a smoother, cleaner look to the new version.

Zen is still very much the same snuggly, comforting plushie, just with a few design improvements!
Where is Harmony? Why isn't she in the photos?
We wish we had a completed Harmony sample to show now, but our manufacturer is still working on her. We do have a mockup of what she should look like though! She will follow the same pattern as Zen, just color shifts to a pastel rainbow version! We expect her to turn out beautiful and the perfect compliment to her partner Zen!
I already have a Zen. Can I just get a Harmony plushie?
Yes! Harmony will have her own pledge tier if you are only interested in her design. Zen will also have his own tier if you prefer just Zen!
What are the different pledge tiers?
We will have 6 pledge tiers for you to choose from keeping in mind that any tier can purchase our add-ons at the time of pledging or later during the pledge manager.

- ($160) Combo of Zen and Harmony (discount for two!)

- ($10) Pledge Manager Tier (not available for EU residents) - this tier allows you to purchase add-ons at the time of pledging or later during the pledge manager.
Will there be early bird tiers?
Not this time, no. We will have discounts on multiple plushie pledges though!
How does pay over time work?
We will be offering pledge/pay over time for these plushies, but your pledge must meet a minimum of $125(USD) or you will not even see the option. We do apologize that this won't be available for lower amounts, but this is a stipulation by Kickstarter themselves and out of our control. Which countries can you ship to?
Zen and Harmony plushies can ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom, European Union, China, and Japan.
Add-ons will not be available to European Union backers, due to GPSR regulation costs. All other countries listed above will have access to add-ons.
How does Kickstarter work?
Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform that is a way for creators to get help with funding a project before production begins. If our funding goal is not met, no one will be charged, but if we do meet our goal, funds will be collected once the Kickstarter campaign ends. Plushies and add-on items will then begin production and shipped out upon completion.
