These miniscule dragons live amongst the cherry blossom trees in Cherryvale, feeding on the petals. They're often covered in a fine dusting of golden pollen. They are intensely shy but are fond of Lotus. They follow her everywhere, chattering in adorable squeaks and chirps. The "puff" in their name comes from how they look when asleep. They puff up their tiny feathers, and the branches look like they're covered in pink pom poms!
